Shown on the 1871 Census as the 3 year old daughter of John Perdue (42, Labourer, Iron Works) and his wife, Mary (40), living with them at 3 Cheshire Cheese, Warrington together with the rest of their family comprising: - Robert (19, labourer Iron Works), John (16, labourer, iron works), Thomas (14), Mary (13), George (10) and Henry (8). All of the family are shown as 'born Ireland' with the exception of Margaret (born Warrington, 1868). As Henry (born 1863) is the next youngest, we can infer that the family moved here between 1863 and 1868. Shown on the 1881 Census as the 13 year old daughter ( a scholar, born Warrington) of John Perdue (54, a Labourer, born Ireland) and his wife, Mary (52, born Ireland) living with them at 33 Leicester Street, Warrington together with the rest of the family comprising: - John (26, a Coachman, Dom[estic?] born Ireland), George (20, Hansom Driver, born Ireland), Henry (18, Hansom Driver, born Ireland), and Phoebe (4, scholar, born Warrington). Although shown on the census as Perdue, Phoebe is almost certainly Phoebe Fisher, their grandaughter and eldest child of John Fisher & his wife, Mary (nee Perdue).
